Ability to BATCH conversion of Icon to Image and Image to Icon with many filtering effects and different patterns. Also able to EXTRACT Windows icons from inside of EXE, DLL, DRV, SCR and ICO files on your computer and save them into ICO and Icon Library file as well.
Icon Converter Plus can completely support XP Alpha Channel icons, now you can easily convert images to the
wonderful semi-transparent icons. Apply 6 filters to your icon such as Sharp, Blur, Add Noise, Diffuse and etc. Add
