from the use of "Christmas x.x". "Christmas x.x" is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the user

the same time. Anyone distributing "Christmas x.x" for any kind of renumeration must first contact
NexusMedia for authorization. The authorization will be automatically granted to distributers recognized by the ASP
as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributers, and such distributers may begin offering "Christmas x.x"
immediately. However, NexusMedia must still be advised so that distributer can be kept up-to-date with the latest
version of "Christmas x.x".
