PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE JDSOFT SOFTWARE. BY USING THE JDSOFT SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

This License allows you to install and use one copy of the JDSoft Software on a single computer at a time. This License does not allow the JDSoft Software to exist on more than one computer at a time, and you may not make the JDSoft Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple computers at the same time. You may install and use the TRIAL version of this software on your computer for 30 days. After 30 day evaluation period, you must purchase one license to continue to use the software. You may give this software package to your friends, burn it onto your own CD-ROMs (or other media) and upload it to Software Archives as long as the original package remains unmodified.

The author of this software owns all rights in the Software (including any images or text incorporated into the Software). Any use of the program, which is illegal under international or local law, is forbidden by this license. Any such action is the sole responsibility of the person committing the action.

The program is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of the program and for results obtained.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. You may not distribute, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the program, or any subset of the program. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

JDSoft Inc reserves all rights not expressly granted here.

Installing or using the program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE YOU MUST REMOVE THE PROGRAM FILES FROM YOUR STORAGE DEVICES AND CEASE TO USE THE PROGRAM.
