Summary:
Net Update is the fastest and easiest way to distribute all your software updates. Using a powerful client/server infrastructure, your client software can be modified, or completely updated in whatever configuration best suits your requirements.

ELUA (End User Lisence Agreement):
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NET UPDATE END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER AN INDIVIDUAL OR A SINGLE ENTITY) AND KIDMOSES.COM OR ANY SUBSIDIARY, AND ITS SUPPLIERS. BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY.

RIGHTS:

A non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the shareware version of Net Update for evaluation purposes only. The trial period for the shareware version is limited to 30 days. (These limitations do not apply if you have registered the software).
One registered copy of Net Update may either be used by a single person (developer license) to provide software updates to an unlimited number of applications written by the developer, or to a company or corporation (corporate license) to provide software updates to an unlimited number of applications, developed by the company, corporation or third party, managed within the company or corporation.
To distribute the program in its shareware form to third parties, provided that these parties accept the terms of this Agreement.

IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO:


Modify the software product in whole or in part.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software.
For registered users, it is strictly prohibited to give your registration number to third parties.

SHOULD YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE CLAUSES ABOVE, YOUR USER RIGHTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED. THIS TERMINATION IS IN ADDITION TO THE LEGAL, CIVIL OR OTHER REMEDIES THAT KIDMOSES.COM OR ANY SUBSIDIARY, AND ITS SUPPLIERS, MAY SEEK.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

DISCLAIMER FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES. This program is provided and licensed "as is", without any warranty of any type, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Kidmoses.com, subsidiaries, creators, developers, or any other third parties involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the program be liable for any type of damage, in any circumstance (including, but not limited to, the direct or indirect damages caused by loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business or personal information, or any other pecuniary loss), arising out of the use of or the inability to use the software product, even if Kidmoses.com or any subsidiary, and its suppliers, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The user is entirely responsible for the results or performance of this software product. Kidmoses.com may terminate this license at any time by informing the software product user. The user may terminate the End-User license by either destroying or erasing all copies of the software product.

This limited warranty is governed by and interpreted according to Canadian law.

PROPERTY:

This software is licensed and not sold. The software product, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure and design, is an exclusive product of Kidmoses.com or any subsidiary, who permanently preserves all property rights to the software product or its copies, modifications, or merged parts. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the software.
