1. I have been a user of your software since WinRescue 95. My confusion is what is the difference between A1 Click Ultra PC Cleaner and Regvac?

The difference is simple: A1Click Ultra PC Cleaner cleans the harddrive and RegVac cleans the registry. A1Click does clean a few lists in the registry, but nothing compared to what RegVac does. A1Click's concentrated cleaning area is the harddrive.

2. This is not a question, just a comment. I just purchased your new Ultra PC Cleaner and it appears to be a real "super" program. The speed difference after using it is quite amazing at least 3x or 4x, computer really hums now. And as with RegVac, not one problem; that has to be a minor miracle considering all that was removed from my hard drive. Have used other "tuneup" type programs and they are not even comparable. Congratulations on designing worthwhile improvements for the computer user.

3. Once I have run the A1Click Ultra PC Cleaner, how do I choose what to do with each file? I want to remove some of the files on the list but not those that may harm my PC's operation but it seems that the only option I am given is to remove them all?

The ones that you do not want to remove, you need to remove from the list. This is done by selecting them and pressing the "Entries Not to Clean" button at the bottom.
So you should end up with only having the items in the "Problems Found On Your Computer" list which you want to remove. Then you click on the Clean button and they will be removed (in the Trial version, the Clean button does not remove any of the items).

4. I had to reformat my computer. I need to know how I can get this program back.

If you had the trial version, you can just go to our website, download it, and install it.
If you had the registered version, please download the registered version from the location which was given to you when you purchased A1Click. If you do not have that location or the password, you can go to the Registered Users section of the A1Click website and have it send that information to you (see Send Key).

5. After running Clean PC and Remove Tracks and then running the program immediately again, still hundreds of junk files and tracks are found. How can this happen if all is cleaned just a moment before?

There are certain things that when Windows detects that you have deleted them that it immediately replaces them. Most of those are in Remove Tracks. So the second time that A1Click is run, it finds the things that Windows added.
I don't recommend running Remove Tracks very often, just when you are concerned about someone spying on where you have been and what you have done on your computer.
